Randal Six, Senior Programmer

Randal is a senior programmer for IDES.  His responsibilities range from publishing content data to new product development.  His desire and goal everyday is to deliver the best products that will benefit our customers.

Randal first started with IDES in 1996 by serving as an intern with the Content Development Team.  He worked with IDES for almost two years until he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.  He then began his study of composite materials and received his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.  In the spring of 2000, Randal co-founded Firehole Technologies and served as President until 2005.  Randal rejoined the IDES team in the fall of 2005 in a software development role.

He serves on the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is active in a number of other local organizations.  His interests include anything outside from hunting, skiing, and snowmobiling to building his own house.  He is married to Pepper Jo and they have two children, Braden and Natalie.
