 Melissa is the Prospector Sales Manager. She is responsible for Prospector sales, renewals and training. Dedicated to ensuring that customers feel extremely pleased when using IDES’ products and services, she is the resident expert on the Prospector Tool and is available to answer any question reguarding it. She runs the weekly webinar training as well as special training for businesses using the Prospector Tool or those interested in possibly using it.
A graduate of University of Wyoming with a degree in Marketing, she has been with the company for over a year. Melissa is orginally from Texas and is an outdoor enthusiast.
