Tecophilic TG-500 (Dry) by Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc. is a TPU-Polyether (Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer (Polyether)) plastic material.

Medical grade aliphatic, polyether-based hydrogel TPUs which have been specially formulated to absorb equilibrium water contents of up to 900% of the weight of dry resin. This series can absorb or transport moisture. They have been designed to dissolve in various solvents for use in solution however they can also be melt coated or extruded.

Process: Solution casting, coating or extrusion.
