PANIPOL DXH PP by Premix Thermoplastics, Inc. is a PP, Unspecified (Polypropylene, Unspecified) plastic material.

PANIPOL® DXH PP is a conductive masterbatch for melt processing mainly with polypropylene. PANIPOL® DXH PP is based on inherently conductive polymer Polyaniline. Benefits of PANIPOL® DXH PP grade are controllable resistance in optimal ESD protection range 106 - 109 W, low sloughing and non-black products.

The conductivity of plastic blends containing Panipol® DXH PP can be tailored over the whole range of semiconductors. Panipol® DXH PP forms a conductive network structure within matrix polymer instead of acting as a filler. The conductive/dissipative property is permanent and built into the polymer chain.

PANIPOL® DXH PP has been developed mainly for injection moulding applications. PANIPOL® DXH PP should be used in 10 - 18 % ratio to reach surface resistance values from 1010 to 105 W, (IEC 61340-5-1). The products made out of Panipol® DXH PP are reusable and recyclable.

Typical applications include injection moulded boxes and bins etc. giving permanent ESD protection for the various packaging applications.
