General Information

Product Description

Melinar® B35 is a high viscosity, homopolymer, food grade PET designed for use in CPET and APET extrusion thermoformed containers for the packaging of food and other items.

Melinar® B35 is tailored to give high impact strength in CPET food trays at temperatures greatly below freezing point. The high viscosity also gives excellent control of extrusion.

Melinar® B35 can also be used for applications where high mechanical properties are required, eg strapping tape.
