Product Description
POLYBATCH ABACT-399 contains an inorganic and anti-bacterial agent, which has a wide-range spectrum of anti-bacterial activity against many organisms. Its anti-bacterial properties are based on a stable combination of metal ions, known for their strong anti-bacterial activity, and inorganic ion-exchange substances. Unlike organic anti-bacterial agents, POLYBATCH ABACT-399 doesn't kill bacteria but blocks metabolic pathways through an enzymatic reaction thereby preventing growth of bacteria, mold, yeast and algae in a daily life environment. Its advantages over conventional organic bactericides are as follows: -Long-lasting anti-bacterial activity against a wide range of bacteria, yeast, and algae because it is not volatile and insoluble in aqueous solutions and organic solvents. -It can be processed up to 300°C without loss of its anti-bacterial properties. -It is weather-resistant and will not discolor in light.
