HAPCOAT 667 by Hapco Inc. is a TP, Unspecified (Thermoplastic, Unspecified) plastic material.

- A hard(shore D 60-65), elastomeric, abrasion resistant, thixotropic, surface coat that is specifically designed to reproduce surface details exactly.
- Formulated to withstand high wear continuous service.
- Being thixotropic, HAPCOAT 667-669 applies easily with a brush, and will not sag when applied to a vertical surface.
- Easily machined and can be drilled, tapped, or milled with conventional tools.

Advantages:
- When parts A & B are mixed, HAPCOAT 667-669 reaches a "tacked-up" (bubble gum) state in approximately 20-40 minutes.
- Continuous exposure to a high wear environment is possible with this system.
- Being elastomeric, the surface is resistant to dents and cracks.
- Being thixotropic, HAPCOAT 667-669 will not sag when applied to a vertical surface and allows the user a good, even coat.
- Parts are easily machined with regular tools. HAPCOAT 667-669 can be drilled, tapped, sanded, polished, and turned in a lathe
- May be used with a variety of curing agents to accommodate a wide range of application requirements.
