General Information

Product Description

ComAlloy's Lubrilon series and engineered product lines offer a variety of lubricant additives and reinforcements for wear resistant applications. These products offer design freedom, ease of processing and minimization of fabrication steps which has led to the replacement of many metal gears, bearings, cams, slides and other moving mechanical parts.

This material is moisture sensitive and must be dried to a moisture content of less than 0.1% before any melt processing.

Additional start-up processing conditions for this Nylon 6/6 material suggest medium pressures for the injection and hold, along with a slow screw speed.
