BCC Resins BC 5200 by BCC Products Inc. is a Epoxy (Epoxy; Epoxide) plastic material.
General Information
Product Description

BC 5200 is a medium viscosity fast gelling two part Epoxy Adhesive System. With an easy to use 1 to 1 mix ratio, BC 5200 is considered an excellent general purpose adhesive for in-shop use. BC 5200 will bond to wood, concrete, select plastics, and most metal surfaces.

Surface Preparation:
Areas to be adhered to should be clean and dry, free of dust, oil, and release agents. It is advisable to scarify the surface with sand paper prior to application.

Mixing Instructions:
Combine 1 part of Resin to 1 part of Hardener by weight or by volume. Setting time is 4 to 4.5 minutes. May be applied by any reasonable thickness by spreading or splining. Do not work with more material than can be applied in 4 minutes. Surfaces should be held in position until cure is affected.p
