Product Description
ABS200G30LU.BK is a cost effective, broad specification black compound based on utility ABS feedstocks and reinforced with 30% glass fiber. The addition of fiberglass increases tensile strength and rigidity, especially at elevated temperatures. ABS200G30LU.BK is lubricated for ease of mold release. Although ABS resins in general exhibit an unusually broad latitude in processing conditions, ABS200G30LU.BK should be molded at the higher end of the typical melt temperature range, at between 500-520°F, and with mold surface temperatures of between 120-160°F, to promote best flow and surface appearance.
