Product Description
ABS400G15L is a compound based on a medium impact grade ABS formulation reinforced with 15% glass fiber, which substantially increases tensile strength and rigidity, especially at elevated temperatures. ABS400G15L is lubricated for ease of mold release. Although ABS resins in general exhibit an unusually broad latitude in processing conditions, ABS400G15L should be molded at the higher end of the typical melt temperature range, at between 500-520°F, and with mold surface temperatures of between 120-160°F, to promote best flow and surface appearance.
