Product Description
POLYBATCH® AMF-705 is a processing aid concentrate based in LLDPE. POLYBATCH® AMF-705 is also recommended to improve HDPE processing by lowering the torque of the extruder often permitting increased running rates. The standard practice for use of processing aids is to first add the concentrate at a higher than usage level (e.g. 15% with resin). Then to run for 30 minutes at medium to low screw RPM to coat all the metal surfaces. After this is complete, reduce the addition level to 1-2% throughout the run.
