Product Description
POLYBATCH® ASP-2000 is a permanent antistatic product. This material is designed to provide immediate antistatic performance and last throughout the lifetime of the polyolefin. POLYBATCH® ASP-2000 will not bloom to the surface and will therefore not interfere with printing. POLYBATCH® ASP-2000 performance is maximized when processed at temperatures between 190 to 230°C (375 to 446°F). POLYBATCH® ASP-2000 is typically recommended for use in blown film, injection molding, and blow molding applications at 10 to 15% addition levels depending upon application requirements. This product is not recommended for use in cast film applications.
