CERTENE HI-5552 by Channel Prime Alliance is a HDPE (Polyethylene, High Density) plastic material.

General Information

Product Description

HI-5552 is a certified prime copolymer specially designed for molding thin wall applications requiring high flow and good balance of properties. HI-5552 features fast cycling, easy processability, good impact strength, high gloss surfaces, good dimensional stability and good stiffness. HI-5552 applications include multicavity thin-walled containers, frozen food containers, deep drawn housewares, over-caps, and bottle base cups. HI-5552 recommended processing temperature is 210 to 230°C. with mold @ 20 to 40°C.
