ISPLEN PB 150 G1F by REPSOL YPF is a PP Impact Copolymer (Polypropylene Impact Copolymer) plastic material.

ISPLENŽ PB 150 G1F is a medium flow rate block (or heterophasic) ethylene-propylene copolymer, with a basic formulation, adapted for extrusion. The additives used are compatible with any others that the customer may wish to add.

ISPLENŽ PB 150 G1F is characterised by its good balance of properties: excellent impact strength even at low temperatures, low gel level, good clarity films and easy processability
The particular characteristics of ISPLENŽ PB 150 G1F offer a multi-purpose grade largely used in the consumer, packaging and a wide variety of appliance industries.
Typical applications are in non oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench, such as: single layer films, core-layer in co-extruded cast films, packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs, and stationery packaging.

ISPLENŽ PB 150 G1F can be easily colored during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than the base polymer.

ISPLENŽ PB 150 G1F complies with FDA standards and European Directives regarding contact with foodstuffs.
