ISPLEN PB 150 G1F by REPSOL YPF is a PP Impact Copolymer (Polypropylene Impact Copolymer) plastic material.
General Information
Product Description

ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F is a medium flow rate block (or heterophasic) ethylene-propylene copolymer, with a basic formulation, adapted for extrusion. The additives used are compatible with any others that the customer may wish to add.

ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F is characterised by its good balance of properties: excellent impact strength even at low temperatures, low gel level, good clarity films and easy processability
The particular characteristics of ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F offer a multi-purpose grade largely used in the consumer, packaging and a wide variety of appliance industries.
Typical applications are in non oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench, such as: single layer films, core-layer in co-extruded cast films, packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs, and stationery packaging.

ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F can be easily colored during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than the base polymer.

ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F complies with FDA standards and European Directives regarding contact with foodstuffs.
