ISPLEN PP 060 S2F by REPSOL YPF is a PP Homopolymer (Polypropylene Homopolymer) plastic material.

ISPLENŽ PP 060 S2F is a medium-high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer particularly formulated and adapted for extrusion processes. This product is specially formulated for fast migration slip film application and the additives used are compatible with any others that the customer may wish to add.

ISPLENŽ PP 060 S2F may be transformed at melt temperatures between 230 and 250°C depending on the section of the final product. It combines outstanding processability and good mechanical properties.

ISPLENŽ PP 060 S2F is specially indicated for high speed cast film extrusion and has excellent optical, mechanical and barrier properties.
Typical applications are in non oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench, such as: single layer films, internal-layer of co-extruded cast films, packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs, and stationery packaging.

ISPLENŽ PP 060 S2F can be easily coloured during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than that of the base polymer.

ISPLENŽ PP 060 S2F complies with FDA standards and European Directives regarding contact with foodstuffs.
