ISPLEN PP 064 S1F by REPSOL YPF is a PP Homopolymer (Polypropylene Homopolymer) plastic material.

ISPLENŽ PP 064 S1F is a medium-high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer, formulated and adapted for extrusion processes. Its narrow molecular weight distribution and specific additivation make its processability and rheological properties especially suitable (pure or blended) for film transformation in high- speed equipment.

ISPLENŽ PP 064 S1F can be transformed at melt temperatures between 230 and 250°C depending on the section of the final product. It combines outstanding processability and good mechanical properties.

ISPLENŽ PP 064 S1F is specially indicated for non-oriented film extrusion and has excellent optical, mechanical and barrier properties.
Typical applications are in non-oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench, such as: single layer film, internal layers of co-extruded cast films, packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs, and stationery packaging.

ISPLENŽ PP 064 S1F can be easily coloured during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than that of the base polymer.
