General Information
Product Description

ISPLEN® PP 050 G1E is a medium melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer particularly formulated and adapted for injection moulding and extrusion applications. It is intended for applications that requieres good impact resistance balanced with high stiffness.

ISPLEN® PP 050 G1E may be transformed at melt temperatures between 230 and 240°C depending on the section of the final product. It is characterised by its excellent processability. Articles manufactured with this grade have excellent chemical resistance, are easily decorated and can accept different colouring systems.

ISPLEN® PP 050 G1E is used for injection moulding consumer goods such as: caps, lids and closures, components for spray dispensers, cool boxes, and rigid packaging.

ISPLEN® PP 050 G1E is used in extrusion processes for such things as: weaving tapes and monofilament.

ISPLEN® PP 050 G1E complies with FDA standards and European Directives regarding contact with foodstuffs.
