ISPLEN PB 180 A4M by REPSOL YPF is a PP Copolymer (Polypropylene Copolymer) plastic material.

ISPLENŽ PB 180 A4M is a high fluidity heterophasic copolymer. It is characterised by its excellent flow properties and balanced mechanical properties, making it perfect for injection moulding applications used in the manufacture of thin-walled articles. The material has, also, a very low tendency to warp and it is used in goods where dimensional stability is important.

ISPLENŽ PB 180 A4M is formulated with a specific additivation to permit the dispersion of static charges accumulated on the article surface and avoid anti-aesthetic dust deposits during storage or exhibition. Additive package also facilitates processing of the material, reduces internal stresses and makes it easier to extract the pieces from the mould.

The specific characteristics of ISPLENŽ PB 180 A4M are particularly suitable for applications requiring excellent processability and an aesthetic appearance: domestic and leisure furniture, thin-walled boxes and round storage containers for exhibiting food products or consumer goods, industrial components (toys, sports, household appliances, storage organizers).
