Product Description
VESTAMID L1600, L1700 and L1901 are PA 12 base polymers without any stabilizers and other additives. They are all suitable for both extrusion as well as injection molding.

Usually the three resins are used only in special cases when additives are not preferable, or processing aids are no necessary. They can be used to prepare additive concentrates such as pigments, stabilizers or processing aids.

The molecular weight, solution-viscosity, melt viscosity, and notched impact strength increase from L1600, L1700 to L1901.

The typical characteristics of PA 12 are low water absorption, good dimensional stability and almost unchanged properties at varying ambient humidity.
Typical temperatures for processing are between 190-240 °C.
