Product Description
Glass fiber-reinforced polyamide 12 compound with improved long-term heat- resistance for injection molding of connectors for diesel fuel systems

VESTAMID LX9111 is a 30% glass fiber- reinforced, heat-stabilized PA 12 compound. Due to the reinforcement the strength, stiffness and heat deflection temperature of the compound are significantly increased.

VESTAMID LX9111 black E70265 is suited especially for the injection molding of quick connectors of diesel fuel line systems that are subject to high thermal loads.

VESTAMID LX9111 black E70265 is preferably combined with tubing made of VESTAMID LX9013 or VESTAMID LX9008 that have proven themselves in these applications.

To get a durable connection we recommend over-molding of the tubing made of VESTAMID LX9013 or VESTAMID LX9008 with VESTAMID LX9111 black E70265 or welding the connector onto the tubing.

For other applications with VESTAMID LX9111 black E70265 please contact our experts of the department Market Development.

As all polyamide 12 compounds VESTAMID LX9111 shows the characteristics low water absorption, good dimensional stability and almost unaffected properties at changing ambient humidity.
