Product Description
Self-extinguishing glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate compound with increased impact strength

VESTODUR HI19-GF30-FR2 is a glass fiber reinforced (30%), self-extinguishing resin based on modified polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) for injection molding.

The compound is suitable for manufacturing parts subjected to high mechanical and thermal loads. Compared with usual selfextinguishing glass fiber reinforced PBTcompounds VESTODUR HI19-GF30-FR2 provides increased impact strength and also increased strain at break.

Test bars made of this compound are rated self-extinguishing according to UL94 by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (V-0).
