Product Description
23L430B is a low density polyethylene for extrusion coating. The molecular structure of 23L430B makes it particularly versatile for most extrusion coating and lamination purposes. It can be used at high speeds and has a low neck-in. Its relatively high density ensures good barrier properties, especially against water vapour. 23L430B coatings are easy to heat-seal and there are no smoke and odour problems even at high operating temperatures.
Applications
23L430B is particularly suitable for extrusion coating of high-volume production of boards and papers. In addition to fibre based substrates, it can be used to coat various plastic films and cellophane. 23L430B is also suitable for coating and lamination of aluminium foil and for various co-extrusion applications.
