Product Description
OpteSTAT™ master batches are Ovation Polymers' line of nano-compounds based on carbon nanotubes. Our proprietary dispersion technology debundles and disentangles carbon nanotubes without compromising their integrity.

OpteSTAT™ MB SF 6000 is Polyether Sulfone based carbon nanotube compound. This master batch is easy to blend and disperse using injection molding, and extrusion processes while retaining the physical, structural, and thermal properties of the base polymer.

Target applications include components of structural, electronic assemblies/components where ESD/Anti-Stat control is required while retaining exceptional cleanliness, dimensional control and physical properties.
