Product Description
NexPrene® 9555A BLK UV SHF thermoplastic vulcanizate is a fully weatherable crosslinked, EPDM/PP compound designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs. NexPrene® 9555A BLK UV SHF provides excellent chemical resistance and physical properties. This product has substantially lower viscosity compared to traditional TPVs and TPEs; allowing for thin wall and difficult molding applications. It is fully recyclable and can be processed using conventional thermoplastic equipment.

Applications:
Suitable for applications requiring flexibility in the following markets: automotive window encapsulation, corner molding to TPV and EPDM, appliance, construction, consumer products, electrical & electronics, fluid delivery, hardware, and medical devices.
