Product Description
PEARLBOND® ECO D900 is a linear, aromatic polyurethane based on specialty polyols from renewable sources. It contains 75% of renewable material as certified according to ASTMD6866. It is supplied in form of small yellowish pellets, which combines an extremely high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level.

PEARLBOND® ECO D900 is mainly used for textile coating for making shoe-stiffeners (toe puffs & counters), by extrusion or sintering process.

PEARLBOND® ECO D900 is used for making heat-sealable fabrics (thermobonding), obtained by coating processes such as scattering or paste dot. In all cases, the product is previously ground into powder, by cryogenic grinding. The particle size of the powder will depend on the application technique to be used.
