Product Description
COTENE™ 9048 is a linear medium density polyethylene which has a unique blend of properties, specifically designed as an easy to process resin. This grade is suitable for general purpose moulding of products requiring good flow and low distortion. The resin produces tough parts, exhibiting an excellent high gloss finish with no pinholing. COTENE™ 9048 contains a fully formulated UV stabilisation package (with a minimum UV8 rating).

The base resin in COTENE™ 9048 is compliant with Australian food contact requirements (AS2070:1,8) and potable (drinking) water standard AS4020. For compliance of specific colours please contact your account manager.

COTENE™ 9048 is available in COTENE™ Standard, Stone Effect and Antique Effect colour ranges. Custom colours are available on request.
