Product Description
COTENE™ XC1100 Series is a linear medium density polyethylene compound which contains a foaming agent. The product has been developed for the foam filling of structural rotational mouldings and is intended to be used with COTENE™ XC1150 in a one shot moulding process.

This grade will exhibit excellent bonding to a polyethylene skin, which is critical when trying to increase the stiffness and impact resistance of a product. Foam can be used in existing designs to reduce overall weight and also increase flexural stiffness. This product does not require specialist equipment, but a high level of process control is desirable in order to achieve consistent results.

COTENE™ XC1100 Series is available in pellet form.
