Product Description
Our best aluminum filled, all-purpose tooling compound.
A unique polymer alloy system, with the following new features:
  • Can be used with a variety of curing agents to suit virtually every casting need
  • Small to large mass, and low to high temperature applications
  • Short-term exposure to 400°F, and continuous service at 325°F is possible with this system
  • Increased service temperature will be realized over other casting systems.
  • Provides excellent heat transfer properties
  • Easily mixed and poured
  • May be used with all curatives all are non-staining
  • Non crystallizing
  • Liquid systems with unusually low mixed viscosities for easy mixing and pouring at room temperature
  • Parts are easily machined with regular tools
  • Can be drilled, tapped, sanded, ground, polished and turned in a lathe
  • Molds - both prototype and production molds can be made in several days
  • Fraction of the cost of metal tooling

Typical uses for HAPCAST 3732 are:
  • Molds for open cast plastics and urethanes
  • Compression molds
  • Prototype injection molds
  • Vacuum forming molds
  • Metal forming dies
  • Duplicate and master models
  • Keller models
  • Foundry patterns and match plates
  • Holding and assembly fixtures and lay-up molds for reinforced plastics

Any of our curing agents may be used with HAPCAST 3732. (See Hapcast quick selector chart)
