Product Description
  • A room curing, smooth/thixotropic, color coded high performance, heat resistant, laminating paste which eliminates the need for labor intensive fiberglass cloth laminating procedures. HAPREZ 3744 can be mixed in a high viscosity mixer, such as; a dough mixer, or by hand. The part A and the various Part B's are color coded, and when thoroughly mixed a different color is obtained.
  • Can be spread by hand (disposable protective gloves should be worn) or with a trowel to the desired thickness. Spreads smoothly and quickly, reducing labor time by as much as 75%. Fast and reduces costs dramatically.
  • Various cure times and heat distortion temperatures, up to 350°F, are available through a choice of color coded curing agents. Properties will vary depending on hardener used. (see MIX RATIO CHART)
  • Some applications for HAPREZ 3744 are tooling, molds, fixtures, gages, and parts.
  • Can be used with any HAPCOAT surface coat, both flexible and rigid, depending on desired properties.
  • For HAPREZ 3744 properties with selected Hapcure hardener products, see MIX RATIO CHART.
