Product Description
  • A a series of tough, low cost, high performance, easy to use, casting polymer alloys.
  • Low shrink, low viscosity, one to one mix ratio, duplicating casting systems that reproduce the finest detail. These systems are easily machined, polished, and hand carved without excess wear to cutting tools. Modifications and repairs are easy. ULTRACAST bonds to itself.
  • Dimensionally stable, accurate and is ideally suited for most duplicating, reproducing and tooling applications. Some ULTRACAST systems are color coded to help insure proper ratio and complete mixing.
  • ULTRACAST is possible because of new polymer technology developed by Hapco.
  • When you need fast, exact detail, and accurate duplication, ULTRACAST is the best choice.
  • Excellent for all types of model applications, tooling applications, fixture and gage applications, molds, general duplications, and general casting.
No more waiting overnight.
No more warped castings.
No need for carbide cutters to machine.
  • Will give you exact reproductions every time
  • Available in three versions and each is available in two speeds.
