Product characteristics
Glass fibre-reinforced and inorganically filled epoxy moulding compound (EP) in colour black
Good mechanical strength, long term retention of electrical properties and dimensional stability also at high temperatures
Self-extinguishing (V-0/5.0 according to UL 94) - UL-listed
Free of halogens and toxic heavy metals
