Applications
  • Encapsulation of electrical and mechanical devices, such as coils and transformers

Product characteristics
Glass fibre-reinforced and inorganically filled epoxy moulding compound (EP) in colour black
Good mechanical and electrical strength, enhanced elasticity for ensuring good sealing under extreme conditions of heat and humidity, good chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to metal as well as good flame retardance.
Can be readily pelletized and preheated
Self-extinguishing (V-0/0,7 according to UL 94)
Free of halogens and toxic heavy metals
