Product Description
Moplen D50S is a homo-polymer with a high molecular weight and outstanding mechanical properties. The product shows excellent process ability in extrusion applications and exhibits excellent long-term heat aging resistance.
Moplen D50S is well suited for technical extrusion applications that require both high stiffness and high impact resistance.
Typical applications include the extrusion of thick, heavy sheet for industrial applications, strapping, tubes, profiles and pipes.
Moplen D50S is also used for the extrusion of thin sheet for thermoforming dairy tubs and other food packaging.
Extrusion blow moulded small containers and technical parts are other typical applications of Moplen D50S.
Moplen D50S is also appropriate for injection moulding wheels, fittings and high performance industrial components.
