Product Description
MonoSol M8440 is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol's proprietary solution cast technology.

MonoSol M8440 film has been specially formulated to be completely resistant to alkaline hydrolysis up to 14 pH. Coupling its rapid cold water solubility and compatibility to alkaline compounds, M8440 film is an excellent candidate for Detergent and Disinfectant unit dose packaging. It has good cold crack resistance and can be easily converted on all conventional packaging machines. M8440 is a slightly stiffer film than MonoSol M8630.
