Product Description
AH90 is an acetal homopolymer, with a viscosity suitable for general purpose injection molding applications where higher flow is required, such as in thin-wall, multi-cavity or long flow path tooling. It is internally lubricated for ease of mold release.
Acetal homopolymer is a highly crystalline engineering thermoplastic polymer exhibiting predictable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and for long time periods. Features include a good combination of high tensile strength and rigidity, resilience and toughness, outstanding dynamic and static fatigue resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. Resistance to the effects of a wide range of chemicals, oils and solvents and natural lubricity makes acetal homopolymer the material of choice for a wide range of application sin all major end-use categories.
