Product Description:
Mono-Sol® M-9500 cold water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol film has broad chemical compatibility and fast solubility comparable to M-8030. Formulation advances, however, provide a film with excellent heat-sealing characteristics: integrity of the seal area is maintained over a wide temperature range and heat seals are very strong. In addition, M-9500 film provides a mechanically tough package with resistance to embrittlement, and good slip/non-tack characteristics. M-9500 is suitable for a wide range of packaging applications using all types of machinery.
Toxicological Properties:
The ingredients of M-9500 are designated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as exempt from tolerance under 40 CFR 180.1001 (d) and therefore the film is approved for use as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops under 40 CFR 180.1001 (d).
All ingredients are of very low toxicity and are regarded as being non-hazardous. M-7030 film does not contain any substance listed in OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1000 to 1910.1101.
