Product Description
Unifill-60 is a general purpose polyolefin compound compatible in both PP and HDPE. It is a masterbatch with 60% high quality pine wood flour filler. Made using only the highest quality melt filtered recycled resins, Unfill-60 is intended for cost sensitive applications where consistent color and performance are still critical. Unifill-60 can be used in many molding and extrusion applications for enhanced stiffness, reduced thermal expansion, at the same time retaining good Izod impact. Unifill-60 can be used in the following processes: High pressure injection molding, structural foam molding, blow molding, sheet extrusion for flat panels and thermoforming, and compression molding.
