Product Description
Sanitary gaskets made from Avalon® 87 provide a level of performance superior to other PTFE materials found in the pharmaceutical and hygienic fluid handling industries. Avalon 87 uses the latest generation modified PTFE, and its GRAS (generally regarded as safe) filler system is optimized for maximum reinforcement and compressive strength. Avalon 87 is designed for applications requiring a PTFE compound.

With its low-wear characteristics, Avalon 87 works well in highly abrasive sealing environments where standard PTFE or other materials suffer from erosion.

Avalon 87 is available in all sanitary gasket sizes, as well as custom shapes.
