2212RSM-100 Clear 000X is a semirigid vinyl formulation for injection molding. The compound presents excellent flow characteristics, low processing temperatures, superior heat stability and easy mold release. 2212 RSM-100 Clear 000X has significant toughness, color stability and excellent resistance to gamma radiation. It is a popular standard of the medical industry for use in a variety of applications such as connectors, accessories to IV bags and extruded catheters. Representative samples of this compound family passed USP Class VI biocompatibility tests for medical devices.
