Product Description
"Adflex" 7392 XEP is an atmer-free thermoplastic polyolefin, which features a very high softness and a high fluidity.

It has been especially developed for the central layer of tough co-extruded cast-film structures. It can be processed on a standard PP cast-film line.
It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents.

Typical applications of "Adflex" 7392 XEP include co-extruded cast-film for the medical primary packaging industry, when a combination of high transparency and very high toughness, even at low temperatures, is required. The use of "Adflex" 7392 XEP also optimises the post-sterilisation optical and mechanical properties of co-extruded structures.

The composition of the products complies with the regulations in force in major European countries. Screening tests of migration have indicated that the final item could be used in contact with aqueous, acidic and alcoholic types of food.

The polymer meets the FDA standard 21 CFR 177.2600 (rubber articles for repeated use). The final item is subject to the extraction tests according to the FDA specifications in FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (d), (e), (f).
