Product Description
Perlast® G67P is a translucent brown compound with semi-crystalline perfluoropolymer filler. This compound does not contain any metallic or carbon based fillers. It combines exceptional purity with excellent mechanical properties. Specially developed to meet the demands of the semiconductor industry. Compatible with fluorine based chemistries and universally suitable for both wet and dry processes including Lithography, Plasma, PVD, CVD, Etch, Stripping and Cleaning. Do not use Perlast® G67P with molten alkali metals.
