TATREN FD 154 Slovnaft Polypropylene Homopolymer

Product Description

TATREN FE 153 and FD 154 are homopolymers of a broad molecular weight distribution. They show good thermal stability. Both grades are designed for weaving tapes production. Cast film for the production of tapes can either be cooled by chill-rolls or water bath. The additive package provides low water carry over. Tapes made of TATREN FD 154 are mostly used for bags and cords, these of TATREN FE 153 for backing and technical textures.

TATREN FE 153 and FD 154 meet the requirements of the Slovak Hygienic Regulations for Contact with Foodstuffs, conform to the Commission Directive 2002/72/EC, Art.2 in the simulants A, B, C and D specified in the Commission Directive 85/572/EEC when determined in accordance with the Commission Directives 82/711/EEC, 93/8/EEC, 97/48/EC and correspond with the Health Regulations of Germany (BGVV), A VII (PP).
