Product Description
One of the first commercial polymer alloy products, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene compounds can be tailored to meet the requirements of a very wide range of end-use application demands.

ABS400G20L is a compound based on a medium impact grade ABS formulation reinforced with 20% glass fiber, which substantially increases tensile strength and rigidity, especially at elevated temperatures. ABS400G20L is lubricated for ease of mold release.

Although ABS resins in general exhibit an unusually broad latitude in processing conditions, ABS400G20L should be molded at the higher end of the typical melt temperature range, at between 500-520°F, and with mold surface temperatures of between 120-160°F, to promote best flow and surface appearance.
