Product Description
6020L is a nylon 6 compound reinforced with 20% glass fiber to significantly improve strength and rigidity especially at high temperatures, while maintaining good toughness. 6020L offers the high flow and easy processing that is characteristic of all nylon resins, combined with the outstanding surface gloss typical of reinforced nylon 6, and is lubricated for improved feed and mold release. For molded parts which are to be exposed to high temperature for extended periods of time, the use of 6020HSL, which contains an effective heat stabilizer package, is recommended.

Nylon 6 offers a unique combination of strength and toughness, excellent static and dynamic fatigue resistance, natural lubricity, and resistance to the effects of broad range of chemicals, oils and solvents, and is therefore used for a very wide range of applications in every end-use category.
