Product Description
OXY 625 is an improved dispersion resin for chemical foam applications. Specifically, OXY 625 provides improved cell structure, faster activation and greater overblow protection compared to conventional dispersion resins. The improved properties are most significant in high blow ratio foams with moderate levels of plasticizer. In highly plasticized forms, such as soft gasketing compounds, the performance of OXY 625 is more similar to dispersion resins such as OXY 631.
OXY 625 has rheological properties substantially lower than many other resins designed for high blow ratio foams. OXY 625 was specifically developed for foams in the floor covering and fabric coating areas.
