Product Description
The application of this product is jacketing of telecommunication and power cables.
ALCUDIA® C-220-N is a high molecular weight HDPE compound with a special molecular structure to provide very low shrinkage during processing. Due to this outstanding characteristic, ALCUDIA® C-220-N is a very good product for optical fiber.
ALCUDIA® C-220-N contains a combination of antioxidant system with well dispersed carbon black which provides the following features: excellent protection against thermal oxidation during processability, long term stability, excellent outdoor weather resistance.
ALCUDIA® C-220-N is widely used for sheathing of jelly-filled constructions and optical fiber. It is also suitable for power cable jacketing.
