Product Description
ALCUDIA® compound CN-106 has been esencially developed for extrusion of pipe for microirrigation to comply with the requirements of UNE 53-367 and ISO 8779 as PE 32.
CN-106 is based on a high viscosity high molecular weight low density polyethylene black compound with vinyl acetate which offers easy processing combined with an easy handling with drippers and excellent cracking resistance according to UNE 53-367 and ISO 8796.
The combination of the antioxidant system and 2.2% well dispersed carbon black used in CN-106 provides the following features: excellent protection against thermal oxidation during processing, long term stability, and excellent protection against outdoor weathering.
CN-106 is also designed for coating of steel pipe to comply with the requirements of the DIN 30670 specification standard.
