Product Description
Blendex® 586E is a high heat resin alphamethylstyrene-styrene-acrylonitrile (AMSSAN).
Increases the service temperature of PVC and other polymer blends.
Enhances injection molding applications by reducing melt viscosity.
Compatible with PVC at all concentrations.
Improves flow, properties and processability of some engineering thermoplastics.
Suitable for direct weather exposure.
Blendex® 586E and PVC can be alloyed to replace other polymers in applications where PVC is not adequate alone.
Potential applications include:
  • Appliances and business machine housing
  • Electrical and telecommunication devices
  • Industrial sheeting
