Product Description
Daplen ED235HP is a 30% mineral and elastomer modified polypropylene compound intended for injection moulding. The product is available in black, but other colours can be provided on request.

Daplen ED235HP is a high stiffness material with good impact resistance at low temperatures in combination with the very low shrinkage and post shrinkage as well as extremely low thermal expansion this material is especially suitable for off line painted exterior body panels.

Daplen ED235HP is optimised to give high quality parts with the best production efficiency in combination with a broad processing window. To achieve a sufficient level of adhesion for painting or gluing, the use of flaming or other pre-treatment is necessary.

Automotive exterior applications demanding high stiffness levels:
  • Exterior body panels e.g. fender, tailgate
  • Radiator grills
